|I heart Monday!|
So, I'm having a "High Five Monday" today, and I'm setting my goals for the week. By the end of the day Friday, I will have:
1. Complete 4 strength training workouts: 2 upper and 2 lower
2. Run 2 times (1-2 miles each. Still taking it easy).
3. Stayed 100% compliant (not complaint) with my diet.
