Have to= Get to

This is not really related. It's just a picture I took of a really pretty tree.

I tried a little experiment the past few days. Every time I start to say, "I have to..." I replace it with "I get to." It's amazing how my attitude has changed. For example:

"I have to run today."
"I get to run today."

Here's another one:

"I have to go to work."
"I get to go to work."

You see where I'm going with this? It's amazing.

"I have to hang out with my kids tonight."
"I get to hang out with my kids tonight."

I plan on continuing this indefinitely. It really works.

What are some ways you can replace "have to" with "get to"?
