I completed INSANITY about a month ago and wanted to get back to adding weights in.<br />2. I am excited for football to start!<br />3. I just tell my kids, "We'll see" when they say they want every toy that flashes on TV.<br /><br />4. I have committed to not living in guilt when it come to fitness/food. I really think about what I'm going to eat and ask myself if it is worth it. For instance, a bottle of wine=about 5 miles of running.
